Voyager Starboard Passage Video Custom Start a project

Custom work

If it does not fit the product, we still build it.

Strategy, integrations, custom software, iOS, web, and games. Android and Windows when you need them. The same senior team that ships Voyager and Passage. Tell us the problem. We write a plan before we write code.

Three lanes

Understand first. Then build.

The work is some mix of these. What changes is the proportion, not the list.

01. Strategy

Consulting and direction

Where the organization is going, which tools to keep, which to retire, and what "done" looks like. A written plan you can hand to a board or a staff meeting.

  • Stack audit
  • Process and SOP work
  • Roadmaps a chair can read
02. Build

Custom software

The portal, the intake form, the internal tool, the public site, the iOS app, the game. Whatever the customer needs, scoped as a deliverable, not a pile of hours.

  • Web applications
  • iOS apps
  • Games for iOS and the web
03. Integrate

Wiring and follow-through

Connect the database you already have. Import the list. Write visits back. Automate the follow-up that currently lives in someone's head.

  • CRM and wallet connections
  • Imports and sync
  • Automation around real workflows

Platforms

We start on web and iOS. We go where you need.

Included in a typical build

  • Web: sites, portals, internal tools
  • iOS: iPhone and iPad, including games
  • Backend, data, and the admin the staff actually uses

Available at extra cost

  • Android extra
  • Windows extra
  • Other platforms when the mission requires them

If a funder, a school, or a partner lives on Android or Windows, we do not pretend iOS is enough. We price that lane in the open.

Games

iOS games and web games, for a mission or a classroom.

Education games, onboarding games, simple playable pieces a nonprofit can put in a pocket. A live client catalog is on Joshway: kick, pinball, space, sling, flight, and more. That showcase is a client, not a fictional demo.

Straight answers

Before you write the RFP

Is this instead of Voyager?

No. Voyager is the live CRM. Meridian Starboard is the website and the Office. Passage is membership cards. Video is the social desk. Custom is the work that does not fit those boxes, or the integration that ties them to what you already run.

Do you only work with nonprofits?

This site is for nonprofits. The same engineering team can take a related project. We will say so if a job is outside what we want to own.

How do we start?

A 30-minute call, then a written scope. We do not start a build on a handshake and a vibe.
